4. Dark Clouds Over Nuala by Harriet Steel
5. The Virgin in the Ice by Ellis Peters
6. Covert in Cairo by Kelly Oliver
7. Secret of the Scarab by Isabella Bassett
8.The Secret Adversary by Agatha Christie
9.Elephants Can Remember by Agatha Christie
10.The Crusades by Hourly History (review coming soon)
Happy New Year! I enjoyed The Secret Adversary, but haven't read any of the other books on your list. I hope you have a great 2025.
ReplyDeleteSame to you Helen!
DeleteIt sounds like you had a great reading year.
ReplyDeleteYes, lots of mysteries apparently, lol. Have a wonderful New Year Lydia and I will be reading your blog as well :) I try to check in with everyone weekly even if I don't always have time to comment. I love to see what everyone is doing and get new inspiration!
DeleteElephants Can Remember looks good.

DeleteI'm all about the mysteries too! I've only read a handful of Agatha Christie books so far. I'm hoping to read more of hers in 2025.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
I love doing the Read Christie challenge. This year I didn't get to all 12 but it's fun to try. Have a great year!
DeleteSharon Penman, Ellis Peters, Agatha Christie? Makes total sense to be on your list!
ReplyDeleteI love The Secret Adversary. Actually the Tommy and Tuppence series is my favorite by this author.
Ellis Peters: I so so enjoyed the Cadfael series, and I'm actually currently listening to book 2 in her Felse Investigations. Not medieval, but so so good too
I love Tommy and Tuppence. They are adorable. Cadfael is also one of my favorites.
DeleteI need to read more Agatha Christie books. I've only read one, and I read it way back when I was a teenager.
ReplyDeleteThe Read Christie challenge is really fun. It got me reading and listening to her books every month. Now I miss it if I don't read one!
